Workers of a cement plant in the village of Aktau in the Karaganda region complain of inhumane working conditions.

JSC "Central Asia Cement" is the backbone enterprise of Aktau. About eight thousand people live in the village, every ninth resident works at the enterprise.

The Karaganda Cement Plant produced its first products back in 1953. The most famous brands of heavy-duty cement have been developed and implemented here. The plant was forced to stop working during the crisis in the 90’s.
