14/17. 4⃣ Parties must also discuss the quality, quantity, and accessibility of funding required for the #SantiagoNetwork for #LossAndDamage to run and deliver technical assistance, while keeping African Parties' needs and priorities in account.
15/17. Finance must be made available both for the #SantiagoNetwork and its secretariat for coordinating bodies to operate in the day to day and to provide technical assistance to vulnerable developing countries and the vulnerable people, households and communities within them.
