We all witnessed a tsunami of disinformation & info ops AGAINST the Liberals in the last 2 elections. We saw attacks & manufactured “scandals”. I monitored multiple media sites & don’t recall disinformation about the #CPC in the almost entirely #Conservative owned #cdnmedia.

This recent skewed piece by #RobertFife has a political agenda. China absolutely interferes, as does Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Israel, UAE & of course, the networks of US billionaires (ie Koch Network). But to suggest 🇨🇳 was able to choose our gov’t is suspicious as hell….

…especially given the massive thumb on the scale by Conservative mainstream media, PLUS, all the #CPC supporting pure propaganda media (#TrueNorthCentre, Rebel, etc), PLUS all the CPC supporting front operations like “Canada Proud” #CanadianTaxpayersFederation etc etc. #cdnmedia

Something I want to underscore: Someone @csiscanada showed “secret & top secret” material to a highly partisan #Conservative journalist who’d been strategically leaked material provided to him in the past for political purposes. So what is actually going on here? #cdnpoli

So Fife was shown material that “…Applies to information or assets that, if compromised, could cause *exceptionally grave injury* to the national interest.”?
If there isn’t an internal investigation @csiscanada over this, then some serious questions need to be raised. #CdnNatSec
