It's confirmed Sergei Didovidyuk, owner of a local restaurant/bar where invaders were treated as VIPs, died in the attack. Two other passengers (not 3) are both injured

A national inspection of bomb shelters in #Ukraine has so far found 252 were closed and almost 900 unfit for use. That means almost 1 in 4 is useless.
It follows this week's death of 3 people outside a locked shelter in Kyiv.
