Let me answer that.
Yes, you should be very afraid if you don't have anything to hide.

Because the very act of #surveillance over you, makes you a suspect in the eyes of the watcher.

It's like you are taking a bath and someone is constantly peeping in on you.
When you become a suspect in the eyes of the watcher, you also end up messing up to two basic docrrines of the Indian Constitution.

1. Your fundamental rights are immediately taken away.

2. The balance of power is taken away from the individual and given to the state

Some of the things former Maricopa Co. sheriff Joe Arpaio says are defamatory in his lawsuit against the @nytimes are things he bragged about on television while in office.
Others are obviously protected statements of opinion.
Others are demonstrably true. For example, Arpaio was found guilty of contempt of court for defying a court order on racial profiling.

FACT: Robert E. Lee was a slave owner who chose to lead a traitorous rebellion. He supported a war designed to keep humans enslaved via an economic and social system of white supremacy.

1/ Qualifications: As a California appellate lawyer, I've written hundreds of appeals on behalf of parents whose children were removed by the government. Here’s how the process works in California. There are state-by-state variations, but the Constitution governs.
2/ County social workers investigate reports of abuse or neglect. If the reports are credible, they can remove the child for a brief detention while they investigate. If they conclude the child is in danger and should be removed, there are procedures and court hearings.

2/ A “Motion to Suppress” is a defense motion which seeks to have evidence (“fruits”) of a search conducted by law enforcement excluded from the defendant’s trial, on the basis that the search violated the Fourth Amendment’s prohibition against unreasonable search & seizure.
3/ Manafort says evidence seized from his storage unit should be excluded from trial b/c (1) there was a warrantless search of unit BEFORE govt obtained a judicial warrant; (2) warrant was overly broad; (3) search exceeded scope of the warrant; (4) Mueller’s authority is invalid.
