2/ This feed has been focused on this issue for months. We *know* Sessions, Manafort, and Gordon all negotiated with the Russians illegally.
3/ Sessions discussed sanctions with Kislyak in his Senate office in September '16, and Manafort and Gordon negotiated sanctions at the RNC.
4/ Sessions' negotiations occurred after he and Trump had been briefed on Russian hacking on August 17, making them illegal *and* collusion.
5/ If the Russia probes had turned up *nothing* but that Trump negotiated with Russia after he *knew* it was attacking us, it'd be ballgame.
6/ Old arguments (cf. Dershowitz) that the Logan Act is "dead law" are *blown away* by the fact the negotiations occurred *during cyberwar*.
7/ When you offer, as Trump did, to unilaterally drop sanctions when you *know* Russia is attacking us, that *is* a collusive quid pro quo.
8/ Remember that—as I've said for awhile—Team Trump can only claim "no collusion" because it's lied to the public about what the word means.
9/ Collusion *does not require* any involvement *whatsoever* in Russian hacking. It requires a quid pro quo, which these negotiations prove.
10/ Fact: COLLUSION, CRIMES, *and* a COVER-UP have been proven. It's all about *strengthening the case* and *determining consequences*, now.
