Let's identify/point out why we need data costs to be cut:
As Entrepreneurs, Job Hunters or students.

As an Entrepreneur I use social media to appeal to my target market. I use this platforms to advertise new merchandise or get new customers.

Facebook,twitter,Instagram and WhatsApp have became places where people meet and share ideas,we use it to sell our products.

As a student,we get assignments,lecture slides are posted on Mytutor and not for only one module. We also get updates about upcoming tests

Lets say I can't afford to stay on campus,I travel from Tembisa/Midrand to school(Pretoria) that's round about R48 a day for transport😕

So we are given assignments and slides to download,I don't have internet access. They upload a date for new test I don't see it💔

So now I have to ask parents to budget like R240 for transport(only) and add another allowance for data? What if only dad is working ?

So I can't afford data cos its expensive? I know have to miss out on some school stuff,which might affect my academics 👎.
