I can’t stress enough there is a leadership crisis in Africa. We have lost our ways & a huge “Nudge” is coming to set the record straight.
From the daily crisis rocking Nigeria 🇳🇬 , the killings cum oppression in Cameroon 🇨🇲 , to the Politically orchestrated Chaos in Kenya 🇰🇪
Permit me to be selfish & start from my dear Kenya 🇰🇪... 👉🏽

This is not to say there’s not been killings, oppression and the worst one can think of in Nigeria, but follow the thread as I explain.
Now that #RaliaOdinga has officially withdrawn his candidature in the scheduled 26th October 2017 fresh election, what’s the implication?
The reason is obvious for the Govt of 🇰🇪 has ensured that the electoral body IEBC does not reform or try to rectify their blunders...
...as eviscerated by the Supreme Court, highlighted to have ruined the election.
The Govt of 🇰🇪 in its deviousness has also tabled a bill: Electoral Laws Amendments Bill (2017) that has been stampeded through parliament
As at today, it is on its 2nd Reading. This seeks to clip the powers of the Chairman IEBC, remove powers of Supreme Court Chief Justice...
...to enable any member announce & swear in the new President.
Tragically, the new Law also seeks to allow the incumbent to be sworn in without elections in case one candidate withdraws! 😱
The new Bill also seeks to completely remove the electronic transmission & also remove the need for security features on election materials.
It is worthy of note that in 🇰🇪, before elections, constitutionally, the President is an incumbent, after elections he becomes & elect...
...(should he succeed) & since it was disputed & declared NULL & VOID, he is caretaker President without much powers.
(As gathered) - After 60days upon the SupremeCourt decision (1st of Nov) if the election is yet to hold, then Speaker of National Assembly..
...ought to take over as Acting President.
There lies the huge Crisis. The current parliament is illegal since the President who officiated it’s victory was cancelled, thus...
...constitutionally that Speaker can’t become an Acting President, shifting the Acting Presidency to the Chief Justice thus the agitation...

Nigeria need to take a cue from this against 2019. The earlier we cut down of the display of foolishness the better.
This is a sign for us Africans to take our Political awareness seriously. The ruinous generations that has held us captive are unrelenting
They want to maintain status quo so bad that they don’t care who lives or dies.
In Nigeria, sons of perdition in dNorth are telling their leaders, “Support Restructure & Die” as poisoned by cabals drowning in profligacy
How can AFRICA move forward without us coming together to fight a common enemy within? The West won’t help bcos they await the ruin & flies
The plunder is always easier after we’ve killed ourselves & they’re called to help raise funds with pictures of emaciated children & corpses
Genuine leaders need no titles or political offices. We all have the spirit of leadership in us. We can fight from where we are.
We were all born leaders but not many become leaders bcos not many discover themselves enough to lead themselves and others even with power.
True leadership is in self manifestation. The purpose of which is to create more leaders. How can you succeed without a successor?

The Crisis rocking Africa assured me of one thing...Greatness is inevitable but the West is afraid of this, our number, our resources...
Crisis breed leaders, this is why leaders are not made in a day or through the assembly line of branded education at the citadel.
Just as a Seed don’t go looking to become a Tree, you don’t go seeking to become a leader, you simply manifest by growing into a Tree.

Great Leaders make themselves unnecessary. The desperation of the incumbents across Africa is ominous. Let’s renew our minds and ACT!

A tree produce fruits but never feeds from it. Sit tight leaders need to learn from the suppliers of their Oxygen.
Leadership is not finding something to live for but something to die for. It is about a human cause worth sacrificing yourself for.
It is about discovering the problem you were created/born to solve. Our leaders have fallen short of this & they create problems instead.
The greatest amongst everyone is the one that serves everyone else. It’s time we rise to the call of our country & make AFRICA Great.
