Kenyans have celebrated the end to the nurses strike.

The amendments to the Election Law made before the

election will be activated in 2 weeks after it was gazetted.

Illegal brews have been found in Nyeri County. The local police chief said

every effort will be made to bring an end to the sale of these brews.

Laikipia leaders have welcomed the end of the nurses strike and

said a Court of Appeal ruling that they don't hire nurses was moot because nurses in the county had gone back to work.

Raila Odinga has decided to split the country into counties that support him and those that don't. You know he'll end up with just the 4

counties that didn't vote because they support him.

He needs to pen a book about what democracy means. When we vote, he claims that's not

democracy. When we obey the constitution, which he helped to bring about, he claims our actions are unconstitutional. When we follow laws,

he claims we don't respect the rule of law. We need to know what meets his bar for democracy and democratic behaviour.

instead of looking upset. When passengers get into your vehicle, welcome them, tell them your name, your driver's name and the speed you'll

be moving at. Then thank them when you're some collecting fare. No need to look mad in the morning.

Leave us alone! Canon Peter Karanja needs to be told that there is a difference

between him and the NCCK. NCCK is not a platform for personal views. He cannot use the NCCK as a space for his views, he should say his

statement is from NCCK and be clear about when it's his personal views he's expressing. I'm happy that other church leaders cane out to

distance themselves from Canon Karanja's statement. It can't be that we amend the constitution to make allowances for 5 people at the

expense of the country. If we're making any changes, it is to send more resources to counties and to make sure they are put to good use.

There is so much wastage and theft at county level and that is what needs to be addressed. We can't act like those 5 people being satisfied

means all is well in the country.
