Puerto Ricans have been getting ridiculously high power bills from @AEEONLINE, in some cases, where consumers haven’t had power for months. Today, the governor declared "no citizen will pay for electricity that was not consumed during the emergency after Hurricane Maria.”
One woman who shared her story with me got a bill for 10 thousand dollars. It’s usually 160 a month.
