Existing Senate rules can help the majority overcome minority obstruction of measures that can’t be amended as well as legislation that is no longer open to amendment.
Paragraph 1(a) of Rule XIX states, “No Senator shall speak more than twice upon any one question in debate on the same legislative day without leave of the Senate, which shall be determined without debate.”
That the majority chooses not to utilize this option suggests that its rank-and-file members are unwilling to bear the costs required to overcome a minority filibuster.

This reminds me of when I was at @QualcommVenture and the @HoloLens came out in 2016. @sdesh & I conducted our own deep tech investigation on why the FOV of #AR wasn’t full-field, & came away with massive respect for what was accomplished by the @Microsoft team.

So ok thread 1/
We realized that the way #VR gets to full-frame FOV was by warping the lenses between your eyes and the display, “blowing up” the screen by wrapping it around your eyes. You can’t do that with #AR bc then you’d warp the actual world, making it unviewable

So the commonly discussed “dream” of a single headset where you just “drop a black screen behind AR and you get VR” is very far away because the requirements of the two are not as similar as one would expect.

People ask me about intro to GPU mining which is crazy because I am a lawyer who plays with computers in his "free time". IF you mine with GPUs in your house A) you will burn it down B) you will lose **ALL** your money. Now let's get started.
This is the best motherboard I've found for n00bs such as myself because you don't have to tweak the bios settings.
1) if you have never built a computer before you need to either a) buy a gaming pc and at the very least upgrade the ram, harddrive and power supply or b) grab a cheap motherboard and build a Linux (preferred) or Windows PC. Keep in mind that Windows kills people.. Choose wisely
