Dear White America: It was "Ordinary Americans" who had slaves. It was "Ordinary Americans" who ran native Americans off their lands and put them on reservations. it was "Ordinary Americans" that locked up Japanese Americans in internment camps

This shit ain't "new" under Trump. its the DNA of America. it was build off "Ordinary Americans" either 1. giving the orders 2. doing the deeds 3. sitting around and watching 1 & 2 and doing absolutely fucking nothing about it

I mean let's keep it real. For well over 250 years, this country's standard operating procedure was to not allow black people the most BASIC of rights

if we're being generous i can give you the civil rights act of 1964. i won't even get into the fact that even then, folks found (and still do) ways around that to discriminate

but let's be nice and keep the time from when America was 'founded" to that civil rights act. and just go from 1776 to 1964. that's how long it took for there to be laws so that black ppl could be 'ordinary americans' too
