The report is misleading, biased, methodologically unsound, and often just wrong. Worse, it is being used as part of a misinformation campaign targeted at the American public to justify and support the Administration’s preferred immigration policies.
The President himself communicated these misleading and unsound claims.

The government cannot just disseminate false info. The Data Quality Act requires that information provided to the public meets minimum standards of quality and objectivity. The report falls well short of that standard and must be retracted or corrected.
