Months ago, I made the case for disbelieving Keith Schiller's Congressional testimony—especially his claim he abandoned his post on Trump's door despite knowing there was an active blackmail threat against his principal. Now we learn the RNC is paying a Schiller op $180,000/year. 
2/ The RNC payout (possibly payoff) to Schiller is a legitimate national scandal. The *impression left*—whether we can yet confirm the truth—is of a criminal conspiracy to tamper with a federal witness. We need to know *right now* who authorized these payments, and when, and why.
3/ Trump is officially the head of the RNC, and he knows Schiller is a witness in a criminal probe in which he (Trump) is a suspect and likely target.
The idea that under ANY circumstances the RNC would pay Schiller ANY money while he's a Mueller-probe witness is beyond belief.

4/ Had the media done a real investigation of the Steele dossier, it would've known Schiller's testimony is suspicious and didn't conform to other info we have about what happened at the Ritz Moscow in November '13. That would've contextualized this RNC payout as ALSO suspicious.
5/ Only two Americans—*that we know of*—can say for certain if Putin is blackmailing Trump over an incident at the Ritz Moscow in November 2013: Keith Schiller and the President of the United States.
