9 eggs
2 oz cream cheese
3 tbsp Psyllium Husk (I use this brand: thrivemarket.com/p/organic-indi…
- Blend in a blender for at least 5 minutes.
- Poor liquid-like mix into a pan w/ raised side, greased with butter
- Let sit for 10m to thicken more...
- Put in the oven set to 425f for 45m until it is as dark brown as a paper bag. It will smell eggy, but it won’t taste that way.
- Take out and then top as you would a normal pizza crust (I use Rao sauce as it is low carb)
- Place back in the oven for 20-30m and you’re done.
(Yes, I like to douse my pizza with Parmesan!)
