The Daily Mail Published a story on 11/4/16, reporting that Katie Johnson dropped her lawsuit against Donald Trump alleging that he raped her when she was 13, following death threats. That story is relevant, today, in light of allegations of threats made by Stormy Daniels.

11) Johnson claimed Trump said very little to her during that first encounter other than she reminded him of his daughter.
12) The promise of a modeling career lured teen Katie Johnson back to New York three more times, she claims
13) “As much as I try to forget about everything that happened, it always affects everything in my life.”
14) “But she said: 'Trump basically said that I should be proud that he would even allow me the opportunity and if I got pregnant I could get an abortion.'
With that, she says, 'Trump' threw $400 on to the floor in her direction.”

Most people don't know anything about private foundations, so based on my ten years of experience on a foundation board, I want to explain a few things that are relevant to the NY Attorney General lawsuit against Donald Trump's "foundation."

If you start a foundation with your own money, that money is tax-exempt, in perpetuity. If you raise funds for your foundation, that money is also tax-exempt, for both the donor & the recipient.
The government allows this money to be tax exempt because it's being used to fund charities, which is good for society. This is the legal system's underlying premise: you don't have to pax tax on this money bc you're establishing a system by which the money will go to charity.
