Contrary to recent reporting, Michael Cohen's father-in-law Fima Shusterman (who was convicted of a money laundering and tax fraud scheme in the '90s) owns not 1 condo in Trump World Tower. He doesn't own 2 or 3 either. He owns 4.
From 2001-2005, Shusterman purchased the 4 units from 2 entities controlled by the Trump Organization (845 UN Limited Partnership and Trump 845 UN GP LLC) for a total of nearly $9M.
The pattern was the same for each unit: Shusterman buys the condo from Trump Org entities and immediately takes out a huge mortgage, usually worth 60-70% of the sale price.
I'm not gonna dox the guy but he has a unit on the 20th floor, 2 on the 40th floor, and 1 on the 50th floor.

I've seen some reporting that tries to put some distance between Shusterman and Trump. This is false. Shusterman purchased approximately $8.9M worth of property from the Trump Org from 2001-2005.
