Did CNN use the same little girl in three different refugee crisis pictures?

Answer: No, they didn't. This triptych simply captures one girl being passed around from a rescuer, caretaker, or family members in Aleppo, #Syria, in August 2016. (Thread).
A simple reverse image search will lead to the original pictures. This is what @Snopes did when they debunked this viral (and vile) image in December 2016. snopes.com/fact-check/cnn…
The first image depicts a White Helmets member carrying the girl along with several other children at the site of the alleged attack in Aleppo, #Syria, on 27 August 2016. The original photograph was cropped for the "CNN image".
The second image depicts another person holding the same girl on the same day (27 August 2016). The photo was taken by AFP/Getty's Ameer Alhalbi. Again, the faker cropped this image for the triptych.
The third image shows a man holding the same girl on the same day (again, that's 27 August 2016 after the same incident in Aleppo, #Syria). The picture was published by AFP.
So, the images are real, and they do show the same girl in the aftermath of the same incident. She's simply being passed from person to person during a rescue operation. There is no evidence that CNN staged or faked the incident, something the meme seems to imply.
There is another good write-up on this meme by Channel 4's @FactCheck. Once again, least thing you can do before sharing such an image is doing a reverse image search. channel4.com/news/factcheck…
