Every third thing Giuliani said is either obviously wrong on the law or on the facts, so, he’s not doing much better than Sekulow’s average interview.

This "follow up" makes no sense — and is backing everyone into a corner somehow. Was Cohen acting alone, paying out of his own money, and was later repaid, or was it an authorized settlement, in which case Cohen wouldn't have paid it out of his own funds in the first place?

Returning to the idea that Rudy "says they discussed his revelation of the reimbursements long in advance." If so, why wouldn't they have told Hannity to help him prepare better? He had to come back to the topic to try and "clarify" things, unsuccessfully.
Giuliani tells me Trump agreed to pay Cohen $35,000 a month over a year-long period that began in the 1st quarter of 2017 & carried into 2018. That is how the $130K was repaid, Giuliani says, adding, "I'm almost certain that there wasn't an itemized bill." buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/r…
