.I have been working at @NASAJPL for 9 years, & I feel I have finally proven myself in my career. To have been entrusted with the responsibility of designing & delivering a piece of a space mission on behalf of NASA.
.It is somewhat of a prestigious role to be given as a Mech E JPLer. JPL Cognizant Engineers in the past have designed & delivered parts/mechanisms/hardware for @MarsCuriosity, @NASAJuno, @MarsRovers, @CassiniSaturn, @NASAVoyager, #NASAViking, #NASAExplorer, & SO MUCH MORE
.I am so incredibly humbled by the legacy.
.I designed, developed, tested, assembled, delivered, and finally installed into the flight lander, the APSS Pressure Inlet for the @NASAInSight Lander.
.Overall, its a small piece of a beautiful robotic mission that is about to do incredible science on Mars' deep interior. But for a person like me, from a place like the place i came from... it is incredibly VALIDATING!
