7) Alright let's get to it. What is a #nonfungibletoken (#NFT)? It is a digital image that is minted, stored, & verified on #blockchain, #Hashgraph, or #DAG. #NFTs have been touted as the digital answer to collectible & asset authentication. 🤔
8) A #fungible token can be interchanged easily - like money. $1 is always $1 regardless of a serial # & can easily be replaced. An #NFT has unique properties & cannot be interchanged w/ another #token. Like your 🏠, for example.
9) What is this #jpeg frenzy? Proof-of-concept (PoC) #NFTs, which are the genesis of #tokenizing assets & authenticating ownership in #web3. Physical assets will be paired to #NFTs in the future. 👀
10) PoC #NFTs value is being "early on-chain". In the future, a #tokenized 🌎 will rely on #NFT. These #jpeg will have value as #Nftart, much like early physical #art has immense store of value. Simply because they were the first #NFTs. Being first matters...a lot.
11) #NFT are going to radically change the way we collect things. #NFTcollectibles will create an enormous market in the future. Psychology of #Collectibles are many, but largely based on human instinct of "gathering" & feelings of #nostalgia. 😌

13) #TOKO by @DLA_Piper is a new security platform built on @hedera, @Hyperledger, & @Azure that allows investors to digitally purchase a fractional-#NFT asset. They aim to deliver a #EcoSystem for digital asset #tokenizations via #NFTs (3).
14) @kevinolearytv says, "I think #NFTs are going to be bigger than #BTC (4). He recently join @jordanfried at @NFTcomofficial & plans to make #NFTs the CoA for luxury watches. Like these beautiful #hashlex by @slim_gringo 😍
15) @brian_armstrong from @coinbase says, #NFTs could be "as big or bigger" than #cryptocurrencies & now allow #NFT on @CoinbaseWallet (5). @Mastercard also announced they will allow #NFTs to be purchased as easily as "buying a T-shirt". Massive adoption has begun. Twitter PFP?
16) What is the #NFT value framework? "Value of an NFT = Utility + Ownership History + Future Value + Liquidity Premium". It is a formula that can be used to evaluate whether an #NFT is worth investing in & should be used by #NFTartists to optimize their growth.
17) An #NFTs utility gives an investor an incentive or benefit for buying and to #HODL an #NFT. Like #staking, #Airdrops (tokens or NFT), #Whitelisting, AR/#VR/#Metaverse integration. There are many other forms of #NFTutility 😎
18) Value depends on the identity of the creator & owner(s). High ownership history are commonplace, but not mandatory. Examples are #NFTs created by #artists w/ strong influence (i.e., famous artist, celebrity or company like @adidasoriginals, @veve_official, @garyvee)
19) Future value is derived from valuation changes & future cash flow. Value is based off influence, scarcity of supply & speculation. Future cash flow is the interest, royalties, or fallback earned by #NFT owner. Collateralizing & leasing #NFTs create cash flow via #STAKING
20) Liquidity premium = higher #NFT value. #tokens "on-chain" have higher value than "off-chain" assets. Frictionless trading via 2nd'ary markets, increases # of buyers, which increases liquidity. Investors ❤️ #NFTs w/ high trading volume. Liquidity lowers risk & maximizes #ROI
21) Buying #NFTs can come w/ risk so DD is important. You can get scammed by people who steal other people's #art & sell it as their own. Buyer beware. I myself got scammed by InvertedCulture (see photo). You can verify #NFT in various ways, but none are 100% foolproof methods.
22) You detect a scam buy doing a reverse image check or @Google scanner 🔍. Check the #nftart is selling at market value to it's counterparts & it is the orginal artist. Check socials for creation date, followers, & bots. Trust your instincts & ask community members you trust.
23) You can also check the #token on the #blockchain, #hashgraph, or #DAG. For #Hedera you can on @dragonglassme & @zioNFT_official. Good thread on authenticity by @AffirmationNft 👉
