Anatoli Samochornov has been married to Tatiana Rodzianko since at least 2004.

Tatiana Rodzianko has been working at the US Department of State from July 1990 to, apparently, today. She designed the International Visitor Leadership programs.

What was Anatoli introducing again?
In case you wondered, Anatoli Samochornov introduced the International Visitor Leadership program with the FBI back in February 2010.

In the Equation Group dump is a module known as "m12000000", or TADAQUEOUS, which does not have a Listening Post (LP) attached to it.
