The last time I worked in an office was just over 2 years ago
I remember the feeling when I left that company...
It felt like a huge weight had been lifted
The next day I was officially a full-time freelancer
And I was lost...
The problem with freelancing and running my own business was I had no set schedule
Because I didn't know what to focus on when, why, or how
So every day ends up being different
Some days you get a lot done, but others you don't
So you lack consistency and momentum
There's no RHYTHM to your business
And it's hard to make progress that way

3 of the questions I ask myself are:
- What's my #1 priority?
- What were my 3 BIG WINS (actions completed successfully)?
- What’s ONE thing that I could have done to make today BETTER?
I repeat:
** If you don't know what you're doing right, it's going to be difficult to improve **
You need to TRACK what's working so you can do those things AGAIN and place greater focus on them
- Daily reviews
- Weekly review
- Quarterly reviews

Ask yourself:
- What worked TODAY?
- What worked THIS WEEK?
- What worked THIS MONTH?
Two years later, I'm VERY organized
- I know what I need to focus on each day
- I know what's working, what isn't and how to adapt
- I know how to adjust what I'm doing when something unexpected comes up
And it's delivering better and better results
You want your business to be a well-oiled machine
- Less guessing
- More focus
- Faster decisions
- Better calculated risks
