This jumps out on the first page of the #IGReport “OIG discovered texts and instant messages between employees on the investigative team, on FBI devices, expressing hostility toward @realDonaldTrump and statements of support for Hillary Clinton.” 
Another damning section of the #IGReport details how FBI Peter Strzok created the appearance that investigative decisions were impacted by bias. Important to note this pertained to the Russia investigation which isn’t covered in this report, that will be a separate report later.
The #IGReport states that James Comey’s use of a personal email account for unclassified FBI business was inconsistent with department policy.

It's funny how Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and Andy McCabe all seem to have Amnesia about the messages sent referring to their "Insurance Policy" to ensure Trump would not be elected President. None of them remember the meeting or the message when interviewed for the #IGReport
Bombshell in the #IGReport as FBI Agent Strzok says he has “unfinished business” he needs to “Fix it” (Referring to Trump) and references working on an "investigation leading to impeachment (Russia)” while also admitting “There’s no big there, there” in regards to Russia/Trump.
FBI Lawyer Lisa Page admits in the #IGReport that the texts exchanged by herself and FBI Agent Peter Strzok do appear to show bias in the Special Counsel investigation into Trump/Russia being led by Robert Mueller.

Another concerning find in the #IGReport is this reference during the Clinton Email Investigation from a key player taking notes about a “Crime against Children.” Notably this reference appears separated from Anthony Wiener’s sexually explicit texts with a 15 year old.
