This is absolutely not needed & not in the best interest of family farmers, other rural people, the water or the land. It’s also illegal under Winona Co. ordinances. Our local gov’t shouldn’t even consider changing the rules to let the biggest factory farm in the area get bigger.
And it’s ridiculous that the proposer is not willing to acknowledge the role of factory farms like his in driving small & mid-size family farms off the land. Of course there’s a connection. It’s simple math: we can have more farms or bigger farms. Not both.
And nothing about consolidation in agriculture is inevitable. It’s all a matter of public policy choices. Let’s make the right ones.

Judge Napolitano says that ICE should show compassion to people like that illegal who was arrested delivering pizza, because he has a job, his wife is a citizen and has kids, that he's not the type of person we should throw out. What does that mean? He broke the law. End of story
So according to Judge Napolitano we should allow some people to break the law, yet arrest other people for doing the same thing. This is an actual judge. So because somebody has a family they're allowed to break the law?
I mean does that work for other crimes? If I break into someone's house, but they find out I have a wife and kids, am I not arrested for burglary?

@HenHokie First it is not 'my' evidence, it is the Dept. of Justice's evidence from a 1/23/15 indictment that was sealed until March of 2016. Second, as the investigation & operation was still ongoing they attempt to camouflage the identities of the undercover operatives.
@HenHokie When they unsealed the indictment in 2016, they were a bit more forthcoming with the details making it a bit easier to understand. Of course, if you understand the Collusion story it gets very easy to spot. Especially as Sater & Trump were long-term assets of the FBI.
