woke up to the news that samples taken by the late cassini probe (RIP💔) show not only the simple organic molecyles earlier found on enceladus but also complex ones!!! the chances of life existing in it's hidden ocean are seeming more and more likely!❤❤

Earlier in the week I shared some little graphics looking for people to participate in my research here in Finland. I'm still reall eager to hear from anyone who thinks they might be Abe to help, or who knows someone who might be able to help.

Today is my last day on this account. It’s been an *interesting* week to be in Helsinki. It’s an interesting time to be a PhD candidate who’s focus is minority rights.
I did a masters in International Human Rights Law in Åbo. I’m very glad to have learned so much about human rights in a country so dedicated to upholding common human rights and facilitating peace.
It was here in Finland that I was inspired to pursue a PhD in minority language rights. I had seen so many comparisons between the status of Irish in Ireland and the status of Swedish in Finland and I found it so interesting.

1/thread: Had a brain-shattering convo with a teen about #pronouns. I think many adults poo-poo 💩 the topic, but I [an adult by any measure] have some alternative thoughts🙋.
2/thread: Alot of what the teen said was hard for me to understand. Ie, sometimes the teen prefers she/her; other times they/them. I was like, "How do we know which? How do YOU know which?" 🤔I could understand why older, set-in-their-ways folks wouldn't at ALL get it👀.

As per the legend, King Agrasen ruled over the kingdom of Agroha 5000 years ago.

He was a trader king and his 18 sons eventually led to 18 gotras (actually 17.5) of Banias that form the umbrella "Agrawal" business community. 2/n
He established the city of Agroha where everyone was welcome to come and establish business.
The original startup capital.

Everyone contributed one brick and one coin to new trader to help him setup his house and start a new business.

I’ve received three texts, six tweets, and seen several social media messages from men that are saying, “I need to hear both sides,” about the #Nas and Kelis situation. I usually don’t comment because I have my triggers but it’s time. I’ve got a story to tell.
When I was in college a young woman I had class with but barely spoke to approached me in the library while I was studying. She said, “Hi.” I said, “Hi.” & then she just stared at me. My empath was on strong...I immediately felt something was wrong. I asked, “Can I help you?”
Her stuttering evolved into tears. She said she couldn’t go back to her apartment because she lived with her boyfriend and he was abusing her. She said, “You look like someone that can help. I watch you. You care about people and you aren’t judgemental.”
