John Campbell is one of the real investigative journalists in NZ media.

Hopefully this shuffle is in his (and the public) interest.

There are some super investigative journalists, (& supportive editors & publishers) in NZ.

There is also a retinue of covert PR spin docs, who really represent lobbyists for big money, and partisan political interests; (or are too afraid of losing their jobs to be nonpartisan)
We need courageous, non-partisan investigative journalists - everywhere 👉🏼 but sometimes it seems like Diogenes (404-323 BCE) apparently futile search for one honest man in ancient Greece.

Just had this extract sent to me from Bob Woodward’s - “Fear: Trump in the White House”

It looks like @realDonaldTrump has been taking on neocon propaganga foreign policy - which is fueled by fear-mongering - to the horror of the fear-mongering war hawk establishment.
I was sent a few extracts from Woodward’s book that demonstrate various neocon bureaucrats have not been able to cope w Trump resisting being held to their slide show agenda

Apparently mail was even taken from his inbox for fear Trump would make decisions they didn’t approve of
OMG - Did you know that 96.6% of antibiotics used in the US are made in China (obviously sold at massive mark-up by multinational Big Pharma corps).

The (obviously pro-Big Pharma) globalist establishment want this to continue.

Apple’s software upgrades have, from it’s very beginning (whether as a witting/unwitting strategy by Apple) regularly made existing Apple apps defunct, resulting in loss of function or being forced into new apps

Apple’s status as luxury item “must have” along w other multinationals are likely to suffer a fall in profit - as globalist profiteers (including themselves) choose robots over people

The decision says the principle of the development is acceptable. The four issues are the unclear traffic modelling; the impacts on bus passengers; can the quays support more buses; and failure to demonstrate that quays footpaths can support new bus passengers.
The current situation in College Green is poor for all users. It needs a coherent plan. It's hard to walk around right now because of number of pedestrians and waiting on narrow footpaths. The Luas and buses need change too. There's too much competition for too little space.

1. Lately, I have witnessed some attempts at character assassination by unknown parties on a couple of my Tw@tter pals (I will leave the victiims unnamed, but you will know them by their handles and sleuthing!).
2. Now social media provide a unique capability for citizen journalists to examine open source media, including voluminous FOIA releases of government documents, public statements by elected officials and candidates for political office, YouTube videos, and other sources.
3. The digging & resulting analyses accomplished by the “mushrooms in dark rooms on keyboards” in the Conservative Twittersphere have been really eye-opening to me since I started threading back in January (I’m a neophyte compared to the well-known guys doing the real work here).

First, we must get a catchy headline for that clickbait revenue. Include a spooky header image of spies in trench coats, and we’re off!
Right from the start, the first words of their opening statement highlights “conspiracy blogs”..... ooooooh spooky! 👻

That is designed to instill doubt into everything else that follows. It’s a well-known tactic on AUDIENCE MANIPULATION. And Snopes is good at that!
