The leading factor in the destruction of #Syria remains Assad regime w/ its LIFELINE from #iran & #russia - many other countries helped including #SaudiArabia #Qatar #Turkey but any responsible article mustn’t obfuscate that as this one does
Similarly #Iran #Hizballah are major traffickers in sectarianism as well. Smacks of a kind of Islamophobia to only mention the Sunni variety (tho its arguably the clumsier less savvy variety). It takes two to tango there and the region’s tormentors never decline the opportunity
