Presidential candidate of sufficiently sound mind not to put cultists on the Supreme Court, able to read the Constitution, and possessing sufficient mathematical ability to count at least to the number 11.

Make sure to politely ask to use the facilities in the hotel or tower. But if the answer is no ....

That’s the entire point of having the DC and NYC mayor and police chief maintain order. Keeping visitors and emoluments flowing into Trump properties is surely their top priority.

To avoid improper augmentation of official federal government communications functions during a shutdown when normal functions are suspended Twitter should suspend all Twitter accounts of all federal officials until the government reopens.
Start with @realdonaldtrump.
@realDonaldTrump When the government is open Twitter is just one of many means of communication, particularly in the Executive Branch. During a shutdown the Executive Branch —particularly POTUS — relies so heavily on Twitter that anti-augmentation statutes are a real issue.
@realDonaldTrump In a shutdown situation when normal functions are suspended, including communications, government officials with large Twitter following have an even greater disproportionate advantage than they normally do. The government— or what’s left of it — is being run via Twitter.

Supreme Court ruled Commerce Clause of Constitution DOES NOT permit Medicare for ALL. National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius, 2012. This SCOTUS case says that the federal government cannot force anyone to buy a product or use a service; if they have inactivity.
Raising taxes or mandating a Tax in a law, is completely different from forcing Americans to buy a service or product. Obamacare was a TAX. Supreme Court declared Obamacare a Tax. The Tax can be enforced or modified but it is NOW set to ZERO, per Tax Cuts & Jobs Act, 2017.
Texas judge on Friday (who struck down Obamacare) reiterated what Chief Justice Roberts said; which was economists who argue against inactivity does not pass the Commerce Clause test. SCOTUS said regulating activity is completely different from forcing someone to become active.

I voted for his confirmation thirty years ago. Justice Kennedy demonstrated his deep commitment to our constitutional liberties. It’s no surprise that some of his greatest opinions defended free speech and religious liberty.

This is a novel legal argument without historical precedent; the consequence of adopting this new rule of law would be the reinstallation of the monarchy. To say law enforcement can't consider the mental state with which a POTUS acts is to say he can't EVER be accused of a crime.
2/ If Dershowitz refers only to presidential acts enumerated in the Constitution, he CAN'T include firing DOJ personnel in that. And as for the (enumerated) pardon power, the so-called "Take Care" clause of the Constitution EXPLICITLY forbids acts engaged in for illegal purposes.
3/ When I was at Harvard Law School, I or any of my peers would have been given a "C" (essentially, the HLS equivalent of an "F") for making the argument a Harvard Law School professor (emeritus) is making now. THAT, @AlanDersh, is why people assume you have some ulterior motive.
