She smiled and said-“I started succeeding when I started leaving small fights for small fighters-
✅I stopped fighting those who gossiped about me
✅I stopped fighting with my in laws
✅I stopped fighting for attention
✅I stopped fighting to meet public expectation of me
✅I stopped fighting for my rights with stupid people
✅I left such fights for those who have nothing else to fight
And I started fighting for
✅My #vision
✅My #dreams
✅My #ideas &
✅My #destiny.

The day I gave up on small fights is the day I started becoming successful."

Some fights are not worth your time.

Today on the #FirstSundayOfTheYear At about 4 am(I would Say Pre-Dawn) I heard someone speaking to me “Wake up,You cannot be Sleeping & Making This Wonderful Day Short" by Sleeping till late
I Woke up immediately looking for Where the Voice came from? I found that This Voice was from Within me. By now my Slumber had Vanished and I was fully awake . I left the bed, made a cup of tea and sat out in the balcony, enjoying the cool breeze and sipping my morning Tea
Various Thoughts started to Swim within me and then the below happened.

My Heart asked me a question. "Where is Success."

My Mind immediately Replied to My Heart, you, My Friend always Run to the World of Fantasy.

Air Commodore Vishal was a Jet Pilot. In a combat mission his fighter plane was destroyed by a missile. He however ejected himself and parachuted safely.
He won acclaims and appreciations from many.

After five years one day he was sitting with his wife in a restaurant. A man from another table came to him & said "You're Captain Vishal! You flew jet fighters. You were shot down!"

“How in the world did you know that?” asked Vishal
“I packed your parachute," the man smiled and replied.

Vishal gasped in surprise and gratitude and thought if parachute hadn't worked, I wouldn’t be here today. Vishal couldn't sleep that night, thinking about that man.

Since the beginning of this school year, the kids in the wealthier schools have been focusing on AP classes and college preparation. The kids in the poorer schools have barely had one full day.

For many, the cycle of dispair begins with disparity.
How this was covered. On the left: sanitizing (read: editing) @angiemeeker's own words in an interview, despite the obvious. On the right: "hey, this is America."
Why this matters. We often hear: "it's a pipeline issue" when discussing a lack of representation at PR agencies, marketing agencies, startups, VC funds.

I once asked a very progressive agency owner to place a disadvantaged kid into an unpaid internship.
