I’m not even homosexual, and I got REALLY fucking annoyed scrolling thru the replies on behalf of all my homies who are. Gay belongs to the gays. Just call yourself bisexual and be done. Gay means EXCLUSIVELY SAME-SEX attracted.
Some people may use it as an “umbrella term”, but that doesn’t mean it is. Stop contributing to gay erasure and appropriating a term a certain group of people use to describe themselves. It’s so low and inconsiderate. I swear, actual gays are being pushed out their own community
So if “gay” means everybody, what word are exclusively same-sex attracted people supposed to use to talk about themselves? 🙄 I cannot stand other bisexuals a lot of times, man.

During a recent presentation I gave on how non-monosexuals can support #bisexual and #pansexual people, a man asked the following "question":

Man: I think there is something important to queerness about being able to critique heteronormativity through humor . . . ?
Now, I've given a few presentations.

And I've met a few men.

And I've heard a few "questions."

Here's what this man wanted to ask me.

"I reeeeeeaallllly want to continue to make fun of bisexual people in different sex relationships, but you made it so sad! Can I please??"
I replied as best I could with sincerity and good assumptions. I told him that jokes about heternormativity have hurt me in the past, as someone in a different sex relationship.

And I told him that I try to locate my critiques at a larger target: the patriarchy.

HI potential grad students.. this is going to sound really bitchy, but when you ask to meet with professors in the summer about grad school, you're just annoying the F out of us.
Seriously, a great deal of the writing and research professors do happens in the summer. Most of us are on 9 month contracts. That means SUMMER is OUR TIME. Not yours. Sorry.

It’s exhausting being a single responsible parent like you fucked yourself pregnant 🤰 which is impossible.
See over 6 years ago I fell pregnant after a few months relationship with someone I thought I loved and I was patrified of abortions so I did the best thing I could.

Keep the child.
He didn’t want a kid but also understood my fears and we stayed together because I thought we loved each other actually for whatever reason we did.

7 months pregnant the trouble started.
