Today's appalling news that Labour has decided to gut the IHRA definition of antisemitism to explicitly allow Leftist antisemitism produces predictable results.

At least 3 or 4 Lab MPs have tweeted their disappointment. Liz Kendle included.
Then a Leftist activist of 10 shows up to say "what about Israel?"
I decided to have a quick look at just one of these.
Meet Cathy Higgins from Manchester who tweeted this in response to Liz.
Here's Cathy's profile.
She's from Manchester.
Turns out she was a former Respect Party candidate.
She's now a Lab member and Corbyn supporter.
So this Lab friend of the Palestinian people turns out to be a rampant extreme Jew haters.
Amazing isn't it?
So i'm going to just post up her filth, without further comment.
Because it serves to illustrate the fact: that @UKLabour is the natural home of Jew hating racists.
Here we go.

This week Momentum released a video on antisemitism that featured a young Jewish woman who made a number of very problematic comments.
Good analyses have been provided by @daverich1 @DavidHirsh @mishtal and @israel_advocacy
The video represents just another example of the way that the Left highlights and celebrates Jewish voices who represent only a very small minority of British Jews and yet pillories, abuses and condemns those Jewish voices that speak for the vast majority

The mainstreaming and empowering of the fringe, crank and wholly unrepresentative voice of those behind Jewish Voice for Labour and Free Speech on Israel is the most obvious and dangerous element of this current phenomena.

Not a thread - totally a rant:

On the way into work (late) I was unlucky enough to hear @AndrewMarr9 and guests on Start the Week: this week's episode titled "That's not fair"
During a discussion about property & wealth the guests and Marr expressed their outrage.
Marr himself concurred that the state should seize the value of property capital gains as a means of redistribution of wealth.

This is a man who earns over £400k from his job in the public funded BBC.
Plus how ever much else he earns from books, appearances etc.
The median UK salary in 2018 is just over £28.5k

Andrew Marr is a man who earns somewhere between 14-20 times this average salary. And yet we are treated to his "radical" views on wealth redistribution.

The next portion of the discussion was on the "mutiny against injustice".

Continuing my quick look at the CLP Exec of @SouthHackneyLab we come to Darius Cooper "Business Coordinator".
Darius says all sorts of things about Jews and Israel and Labour MPs.
Here Darius - a member of @SouthHackneyLab CLP Exec -refers to sitting Lab MPs who are either Jewish or have supported the fight against antisemitism as a 5th column.
Darius thinks @lucianaberger should be next to be targeted for deselection.
I wonder why?

Labour removing the example from the IHRA definition of antisemitism... "denying Jewish people the right to self-determination, eg by claiming the existence of Israel is a racist endeavour" allows people to be antisemitic.

Claiming Israel is a racist "endeavour" is not a critique of Israeli "policy" as Jennie Formby's letter to the PLP states it is. Nor is it a critique of the "Israeli state" as the letter claims - where there is undoubtably racism and discrimination. 2/
It is a critique of the endeavour. The *idea* of a state of Israel.

In Britain 93% of Jews claim that endeavour/idea to be part of their identity but many of them, particularly those on the left, are big critics of Israeli policy and sections of Israeli society. 3/

3) First broken by LBC yesterday, there are a number of key points.
Firstly, up until now Labour had abided by Macpherson - minority groups are the ones who decide what racism is.
Labour just chucked that away for Jews.
