See what obstruction of election transparency looks like. Hall Cty Georgia has set the new standard for stonewalling and obstruction. Despite known serious discrepancies in the voting machine results tape, Hall Cty is denying candidates' and public's right to see the tape. 1/ 
2/ It began weeks ago when public wanted answers as to why the voting machine tape posted on the precinct door omitted 9 races and lost votes as reflected in this picture and examined by 3 eyewitnesses on election night.
3/ Records requests were repeatedly delayed and denied. Here's the story of the stonewalling that had been going on before yesterday's board meeting.
4/ When the questions about the discrepancies were raised at the meeting, the board and Elections Director Wurtz declared, "There were no discrepancies," refusing to look at the physical evidence or retrieve the original tape. Audience was incredulous.
5/ Bd. members Sanchez-Jones & Sheats expressed grave concerns, tried to propose paper ballots for November, but Chairman Smiley shut down the discussion before it began, calling it out of order. After all, he had declared that there were "no discrepancies!" Meeting adjourned!

7/ After the meeting Dana Bowers @ScissorRunner33 was again denied her request, with no reason given. But I got this outrageously dishonest letter from the Board's attorney. scribd.com/document/38365…
8/ He made all sorts of crazy assertions, including lying to claim that the records sought were under court seal. Simply a bald faced lie.
