A schoolgirl who was indecently assaulted by magician Paul Daniels' brother is still in need of counselling after her 11-month nightmare finally ended this week, said her family.

Schoolteacher Trevor Daniels was found guilty last year of indecently assaulting the 12-year-old pupil. The court heard how he grabbed her in school, pushed her up against the wall and kissed her.
His (Trevor Daniels) wife, Rosemary, a partner in the local Woollard-Daniels Academy of Dance, said she would stand by her husband and help clear his name.

Daniels, of Towcester, Northants, had denied indecent assault but was found guilty after a two-day trial. He was given an 18-month community rehabilitation order, put on the Sex Offenders' Register for five years and ordered to pay his victim £100 compensation. 3/3

Next year: $1,085 billion.
Big factors in this deficit hike:
Paul Ryan/McConnell gave up on revenue-neutral tax cuts.
They backed a big increase in deficit-financed discretionary spending.
They did not trim entitlements in a meaningful way.
Ryan and McConnell have repeatedly proposed to trim entitlements. I've covered Ryan plans to trim Medicare, Medicaid etc for over a decade.
They just don't have enough votes willing to enact that agenda.
