Good evening family, welcome to #Audacious once again. It's a beautiful Sunday here in Lagos, Nigeria. Thank you for joining us.
The topic today is a continuation of last week's topic #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf.
We took some of these things last week, let's just together do a little more. #Audacious
If I were to go back younger, these are the things I would make use of for life. I have found out that learning is done by gleaning experiences of others. #Audacious
#ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf
This is one reason I do advice younger chaps to listen to elders, in fact, make them friends because you thereby collect the experiences of a couple of years and fuse it into you in a short time. #Audacious #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf
Listed below are a few #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf.

1. A good name is far better than anything in this world.
There is no way you become wealthy as much, that your "name" will not catch up with you. #Audacious
You must have heard a couple of times when a rich man comes to your area, and in the midst of people hailing him, there will be some people that know him so well that will say, "don't mind him, his money is blood money"
#ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf #Audacious
A neutral person that hears that will automatically take sides, and several others too will get it.
It is better to obtain riches in a good way than to lose integrity and eternity in the process. #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf #Audacious
2. Righteousness exalts one. By way of definition, Righteousness means right standing with God.
Now, don't let anyone determine your righteousness for you, let it be only between you and God.
#ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf #Audacious
The only way to be righteous is to have God in your life.

3. Work diligently. If you think you will become great without putting the commiserate measure of work.
You must work real hard to be successful. See, let them not tell you to work smart, even in your working smart, you have to put in a lot of work in what you do. #Audacious
Favour answer to preparation, and preparation is hard work. You cannot do shoddy preparation and expect to have good results. Hardwork pays.
#ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf #Audacious
Put your heart in all you do, that's the only way you can come to be successful.
The truth is, the subject of work is gradually being eroded in our teachings, young chaps of these days are easily carried away by their idols getting very rich that they just want to be like them
They don't want to know what their idols did to get to that point, they just like the bling, and want it immediately.
Secondly, the norms in our society have become utterly wrong these days, indolence is being appreciated the more than hard work. #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf
See, if you covet a particular lifestyle, you must work real hard to get there. You don't lazy around, wishing it would happen by chance. #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf

4. You owe it to humanity to love. Love restores the breach. Love helps our world become better. Love your neighbor, love your fellow human beings, be nice to people, have a loving disposition. #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf
#Audacious
Have you thought of it this way that if there is love in this world, there won't be senseless killings, we won't have assassinations, we won't have gun violence, that man won't rape that young girl, that girl won't swindle that guy etc. #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf #Audacious
Love is all the world needs and you owe it to the world to love everyone in it.

5. Serve people genuinely with all your heart if you expect people to serve you someday.
The same measure you mete unto others it will be meted unto you.

Service does not reduce you, in fact, it lengthens, expand, enlarge and develop you. #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf
The chief servant will soon be the boss and will also have servants under him. You can't 'overserve', your service is to help you learn and develop the skills needed for your next levels. #ThingsIWouldTellMyYoungerSelf #Audacious
Younger chaps of these days don't like to submit to authority, they mostly boast of being their own boss not because they truly understand the logic, but just they can't afford to submit

If you can't serve, u won't be served, & perhaps you get to be served, you Won't understand
Service is absolutely important to the success you desire.
I have heard someone that got all her wedding bills paid for because of her service.

Service pays off in the long run.
