Reagan Battalion used to be known as the Stop Trump PAC. You can find old tweets of people responding to the Battalion by calling them the Stop Trump PAC. This changed when the FEC told them that they could not have the name because it featured Trump's name. Battalion was born.

What a coincidence, almost as if Evan McMullin explicitly said that was his goal: he wanted to stop Trump and Hillary from gaining the electoral college majority so that he could take over as President.

According to the FEC, the Treasurer of the Stop Trump PAC is Nathan Lerner. It is listed as "unauthorised" because it was denied, as per the letter, which has the same reference number: C00612863.
