I don't know what to make of this, but there have been almost no VIN assignments for pre-6/26 configs since 6/28 in the TMC data.

2/ The TMC sheet automatically sweeps configurations into "VIN assigned" after 74(?) days. Once you discount those automatic sweeps (that have no VIN noted), you see a clear pattern.
Best guess is the cars for VIN-less configs are sitting in Latrop/Burbank awaiting rework.

3/ ( h/t @JoeyExperience for the idea): About 16% of the Perf configs have a VIN assigned, implying they've already been produced. So even if TMC is under-sampling, TSLA has still produced about 16% of demand. We'll see how long it takes to reach 100% fulfilment for M3Ps.
