The electronic world required the analog world to exist, but it made the analog world more efficient.
People don’t use technology, they use products that make their life better.
We’re starting to replace the physical goods, paper, and human-led processes.
Automation will be rampant.
They simply want to use products and services that improve their lives.
And that is okay.
We have a lot of work to do, but we’re off to a great start.
