I have a thought. Wanted to share. I firmly believe no startup must be given any freebie coz that would kill their enterprising attitude. With this base I wish to share a small plan and maybe someone can think on these lines.

A startup needs little handholding at the start. And mostly it's got to do with fixed costs. With limited capital plaguing our country and small support from the govt can go a long way. How? Will try to expand. A typical startup needs good manpower. Skilled ppl need money
And they also demand good office Infra amongst other things. The founders usually have very limited capital hence they can't allocate between the demand for good ppl and good Infra. An office space usually demands good deposit and spend on furniture. If this requirement can be
Fulfilled by say a specific govt agency, it will leave the founders with enough money to hunt for good manpower. In the other hand govt's have a lot of unused lands or lands belonging to enemy property or lands of tax evaders.. Use this to build huge offices
Per startup some seats can be given where they can literally walk in and start their work. These things are done by incubators but I am talking about a large scale move. Offices should have all modern facilities with video audio conferencing etc. State of the art.
If one startup gets say ten seats then the same will provide initial fillip. Max to max the same be given for say 2 years. In this time it's expected that startup's reach a scale and are ready to move out. Challenges will be cornering the same by cronies etc which can be adrsd
Internet, seating and lighting expenses will be minimal when done on scale. What could be a big expense for a small startup will mean nothing if done at a large scale. This way new cos can be formed. Ppl will not hesitate to hire and even take that jump to start off.
I had a thought when I saw a client co struggling to make ends meet even though they have a good plan and vision in place. U have stopped taking incorporation fees to new cos, I feel in same form a request for space can be added and it's doable. Pls have ur guys think over this
