Ari claimed that Kaz has a criminal record, he linked it directly before but deleted that tweet and the only trail I could find was the screenshot/tweet below. (Screenshots because Ari has been deleting recently)

This started in 2015 and it was proven false then. A co-ordinated attempt to completely discredit Kaz.

Ok, but there's that felony on the 06/05/12 in those criminal records right? What's that about?

Well it seems that ties in with the Domestic Violence claim in the that link Ari talked about. These charges were dropped and the investigator deemed Kaz innocent on all counts

In any relationship, for a father to win custody of a child over the mother is just unlikely. For a black father to win custody over the white mother is more unlikely. If he did abuse his wife there's just no chance.

Ari also said the DM’s were photoshopped. (Main defence apart from slander)

a) Kaz is not computer literate.
b) Kaz posted a vid scrolling though the DM's (archive.fo/VBGx0)
c) All Ari had to do was post his own screenshot of the "actual" DM to make this ALL go away

Ari’s use of the inside info may not have even been technically illegal as $XLM was not a security (@cryptobully?) but it was highly unethical and questionable for a man in his position.

His handling of everything since has been worse. Why search out and delete old tweets?

In closing, Kaz can be very abrasive. He’ll chew you up when you comment but don’t contribute on his wall/posts or make false claims about his character.

But Kaz has not done ANY of what @aridavidpaul or people back in 2015 claimed.

Ari, however, is questionably guilty of insider trading and (not so questionable) slander.

Certainly guilty of not doing his due diligence before misleading his followers, which is highly worrying for someone in charge of a $150m fund.

Essentially admitted he targeted Kaz to get him removed, most likely via mass reporting. Now deleted.
