Xi Jinping expected to visit Pyongyang on September 9th Nation Founding Day. About 30 Chinese negotiators may already be in NK discussing summit details and agenda with NK officials

This will be Xi's first NK visit since grabbing power. He did visit NK in 2008 as VP. It will be the first summit in NK since Hu Jintao-KJI summit in 2005; it's been 13 years. In NK is a delegation from Chinese Foreign Contact Office to set summit agenda

They leaked news that the lead vessel of the host country may switch to ROKS Dokdo, which is the largest SK navy vessel. Dokdo is an island but also the name of this LPH-class amphibious vessel with a platform that can launch helis, Ospreys and even VTOLs

What's alluring about Yongbyon would be the limitation of tritium production, especially if verifiable. Of course, that's a far cry from what the 9/19 Pyongyang declaration suggests.
I'm maybe too cynical, but its inclusion in the declaration seems purely instrumental to incentivize the US to return to high-level talks/a second summit. It'll work in that sense.

There's a lot of speculation about the significance of the North Korean decision to cancel a meeting with the South Koreans (citing combined air exercises with the US) and to warn the US that it might not get the summit it wants. /1
I don't know to what extent this decision was genuinely a response to the extent of the air exercises, the particular aircraft involved, etc., and to what extent it reflects irritation with the triumphalist tone from US officials. /2
A flicker of that irritation could been seen in the remarks of Kim Yong Chol, Mike Pompeo's host earlier this month in Pyongyang: "this is not the result of sanctions that have been imposed from outside." /3
