It all started when i first have problems walking because my foot was aching for no reason . So i decided to go get it check and here i thought it was only gout but it turns out it was not . The doctor said “ this is not gout , you’re too fat!! ” 😂
I cut off my sugars , salt , rice , oily foods and process food and never to forget the malaysian favourite , coconut milk (santan) . i replaced them with good healthy meals that i made myself by some recipes from pinterest
Breakfast- 4 egg whites 1 whole eggs , steamed vegetables ( broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) & potato mash
Lunch - sweet potato(baked) , stir fried vegetables and lemon chicken
Snacks- fruits like green apples , bananas , strawberries if you were able to get them cheap .
Mondays- back
Tuesdays-chest
Wednesday- legs
Thursday- shoulders
Fridays-arms & abs
I always do some cardio either running on the treadmill or cycling for about 20-40 minutes after each workout and i went for jog on Saturday
Remember the three key elements
Diet , Weight Training , Cardio
Always watch what you eat and try to eat healthy . God gave you only one body to cherish, take good care of it and don’t destroy it by stuffing yourself with late night meals.
Good results takes time , just enjoy the journey and never give up
