Hate grows when a hateful thought is received and reiterated, instead of rejected. The received thought captures the heart and aligns itself with other corrupt thoughts to become an ideology. And hateful ideologies, like white nationalism, must be challenged and deconstructed.
But while we are challenging and deconstructing, we must also be truthful about national and global history. The first Europeans to arrive on this land brought with them a desire to be in power and to conquer, with a willingness to destroy indigenous people in the process.
The ‘idea’ of America was founded with a spirit of superiority, a quest for power, and a sense of entitlement. That spirit, quest and sense also led ‘America’ to trade Africans and usher in hundreds of years of violent, ritualistic slavery on this soil. The blood still cries out.

If our ultimate goal is to create a more peaceful, just, humane world (beyond only considering what we believe directly affects us), we’ll have to stop talking at each other and start talking with each other.
We’ll have to educate each other on issues, even when it seems unfair and tedious.
We’ll have to rigorously attack injustice, not being provoked to chaos by workers of injustice.

To simply deconstruct from the litany of definitions, it is simply described as ‘self imposed standards for the sake of a higher/greater goal.’ This is why ALL leaders are meant to have self discipline essentially as against other kinds of (external) discipline.

The problem with this "McDonalds, Walmart, and Amazon are bad employers while Facebook is a good employer" view is that it comes from this mistaken idea that once you make any sort of employment, you're immediately to be praised or blamed for their material condition.
Taken to its absurd logical extreme, you could use this logic to argue that country clubs are very humane organizations and orphanages are evil. Look at how much better-off the country-club people are than the orphans!
Other examples of this fallacy include the idea that schools in wealthy suburbs are doing a great job for their students, while inner-city schools are staffed with failures.

There's actually a mix of good and bad employees at both (I have plenty of teacher friends who say this.)

There is so much ugliness in the world. The #Hivites are not only working as hard as they can to create as much chaos & negativity in the world as possible, they are also contributing to that swell of negativity with their own DREAD & HATE. I refuse to contribute to that feeling.
