This highlights just how quick some are to connect an attacker to the left, even when there's no evidence for it. We've seen it with almost every shooting in the last year or two, and in some cases that misinformation keeps going.
Although some sites issued updates or scrubbed the articles altogether, dozens of junk news sites still have the story up.
