A wild story: A painter from #Taiwan found out his works were printed on stationaries sold on Taobao. So what did he do? Instead of fighting with the Chinese manufacturer, he reported himself as pro Taiwan independence, and the products were immediately taken off Taobao.
Update: The painter has kindly written back and refused to elaborate on how he came up with the brilliant idea.
Update: Apparently, the clever act was carried out by a netizen after the painter's complaints to both the Chinese vendor and Taobao went unanswered.
The netizen messaged the vendor directly and claimed that the artist is pro-Taiwan independence.
