Irineo Mujica was threatened with arrest for "public scandal."

Pueblo Sin Fronteras has been working with migrants who made Tijuana home on a number of issues including police abuse. They just had a protest on Saturday around what they describe as harassment from authorities. buzzfeednews.com/article/adolfo…
Mario Martinez, director for the Tijuana police, told reporters that Mujica resisted arrest for causing a scene.

Mujica and López have been released from police detention.

He said he has injuries to his back, neck, and hands due to the struggle with cops. Mujica said the Tijuana police department lied when they said he hit an officer in the abdomen and leg.
