I love KFC, but it's uniformly terrible in the UK and I don't know why. Today's takes the biscuit though:

Me: Can I have some extra ketchup.
Teller: Oh we've run out of ketchup.

Me: (stunned silence).

Teller: But we have ketchup dip for 25p.

Me: (stunned silence).
Me: So you HAVE ketchup.
Teller: No, we're out of ketchup. But you can buy ketchup dip for 25p.
Me: But I just want ketchup.
Teller: So you can buy the dip.
Me: But... but... DO YOU SEE WHERE I'M GOING WITH THIS??
Teller: last stage capitalism innit mate

after you reach level 3 you enter Patterson Level where you can "hire" bots to click/write the books for you, thus accumulating points

.@kfc just opened submissions for an utterly exploitative contest that encourages parents to sell their newborn baby’s identity to the company for life.

There’s advertising to children, and then there’s paying people to turn their child into the advertisement itself.
If a parent names their child “Harland” — after #KFC Founder Harland “Colonel” Sanders — and enters the contest, they can win $11,000 toward their child’s college education.

Only one child will win, leaving many others with KFC branded names for life and zero compensation.
In exchange for the $11,000 prize, the winning child’s identity — including name, pictures, voice, likeness and biographical information — will be owned by #KFC for advertising purposes without additional compensation or notification.

On Tuesday of Holy Week, Jesus spent the day arguing with Pharisees literally the whole day, urging them towards things above. Then he spent his evening telling his besties they would all die horribly and nothing would make sense to them.
Perhaps to help them get this, Jesus spent his Wednesday morning hanging out at the house of a guy with leprosy. Then he gets his feet washed. Then we are apparently done with Wednesday.
Tuesday of Holy Week begins in Mark 11:20, and continues until the end of Mark 13. Wednesday is Mark 14:1-11. That is sort of weird to me.
