1/ The Labour Party does appear to have a case to answer as to whether it has become institutionally racist.
2/ Lots more to say about this issue but worth reading the Macpherson (Stephen Lawrence Inquiry) report (assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/upl…). They defined institutional racism as follows (para 6.34) 
3/ This is what I have been saying for a long time in relation to Labour and I see no real evidence that it is happening. It's why the IHRA is really only a tiny piece of a larger puzzle and will not (and cannot) be panacea
4/ Without true insight from the leadership, "unequivocal acceptance" as Macpherson required from the MPS, nothing can change
5/ Interesting parallel between Commissioner of MPS and Corbyn in focussing on small minority expressing racist views rather than institutional culture
