A thread for my married/LTR brethren,

Married(LTR) men need to have something which allows them to release their physical, mental, & spiritual energy without the involvement of their girl.

Physical is easy, go to the gym alone & lift heavy weights multiple times a week.

The Mental & Spiritual are different beasts entirely. It’s no coincidence men kill themselves at a 3x higher rate than women, their minds & souls are fucked.

Many followed a narrative that had them give their identity to a woman, leaving them with no clue as to who they are.

To assuage this internal turmoil is to find your “thing”.

I cannot tell you what will work for you, that is something only you can answer.

For me, my release of energy is writing (mental) & speaking to men in person & online (spiritual).

My girl is involved in neither.

* Envious of single men
* Incapable of committing to improvement
* Always tired
* No purpose
