As we've said, there is more to life than denuclearization and Moon is enjoying some downtime on top of Mt. Baekdu, which is the spiritual and mythical home of the Great Leader clan. All 4 came all the way down to the lake shore, which is a volcanic crater

This is how they got to Mt. Baekdu: flew from Pyongyang to Samjiyon, then got into a bus, then into a tracked vehicle, then into what S Koreans are calling "cable cars." They're gondolas. The top of Mt. Baekdu seems to be crisscrossed by gondola lifts

These gondola lifts are apparently safe and good enough for the first family and KJU. Those at Masikryong Ski Resort raised some safety concerns.

Japan declines to attend a naval event in Jeju after repeated calls by SK not to arrive with its Rising Sun Flag symbolizing Imperial Japan. However the real reason why it chose not to attend is more intricate.

They leaked news that the lead vessel of the host country may switch to ROKS Dokdo, which is the largest SK navy vessel. Dokdo is an island but also the name of this LPH-class amphibious vessel with a platform that can launch helis, Ospreys and even VTOLs

2/n The author says that Sardar would have been revolted by the amount of money that has been wasted on @souindia . Now that he reads the minds of leaders so well can he throw some light on Statue of Gandhi’s opinion on his Statue in Patna (2013).
3/n If I haven’t mistaken Bapu was way more modest than Sardar (as per all greats like @Ram_Guha ). So how would have he reacted for 22m high Statue that too for 35 cr in such a prime location of Gandhi Maidan? Let’s now do some maths on it. Refer attached images.

Prof Kim begins the article by dispelling the imperialist propaganda myth that the DPRK concept of the Baekdu lineage is a biological concept that deals with the bloodline of Kim Il Sung.
According to Prof Kim, the Baekdu lineage is a political lineage comprising revolutionary comradeship that descends from DPRK's revolutionary tradition that began during the armed struggle against Japanese imperialism. One could just as easily call it the Juche lineage.

I have heard stories of people who couldn't afford more than a meal a day in, say 2010, but by 2015 have more than enough to feed families.
The question is what changed? Did life become 'Softer' or easier for them or they become harder and better than life demands?
